The New York City Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALANYC) is pleased to provide the details of its Business Partner Program from April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. We invite you to consider the many benefits sponsoring ALANYC will bring to your organization.
Founded in 1971, the Association of Legal Administrators is an international organization with more than 9,000 members representing 20+ countries.
ALANYC is a non-profit organization formed in 1977 to provide quality educational and networking opportunities, professional growth and leadership development for its approximately 250Â legal professional members representing over 200 law firms, corporate legal departments and government agencies.
The Business Partner Program enables our chapter to achieve its mission to enhance the knowledge and professionalism of its members through high-quality educational programs in legal management, provide timely information which will enable members to perform their jobs more effectively and efficiently, and increase the visibility and credibility of the legal administration. In return, we offer the business partners exclusive access to our chapter members through various advertising, educational, networking and community opportunities. We value the relationship we have with our business partners and vendors and encourage them to explore the many opportunities available to join forces with ALA and ALANYC.

If you are considering becoming a Business Partner with ALANYC, please complete our sponsorship application. Please note that sponsorship is not guaranteed. The process for approval of Business Partner sponsorship is one in which the Business Partner Relations Team reviews all applications submitted, and will then make a decision based on the level of saturation. All recommendations will be presented to the Executive Board and all accepted Business Partners will be advised and payment information provided.
For further information on Business Partner Sponsorship, please e-mail info@alanyc.org.
All Business Partners are subject to the ALA Code of Professional Responsibility.
Policies governing Business Partner participation and benefits shall be determined from time to time by the board or, as delegated by the board, the Executive Director.
For purposes of Business Partner eligibility, a Business Partner is generally an individual (or member of an organization) whose primary function is to market or sell products and/or services to members of the legal community. Companies, vendors or Business Partners cannot join as a member of the ALANYC Chapter but rather as a Business Partner. We value our relationship with business partners and vendors, and encourage them to explore the many opportunities available to join forces with ALA.
