We specialize in mesothelioma and personal injury cases and are dedicated to seeking justice for clients and their families. The Firm is actively seeking a Legal Services Clerk for its Midtown Manhattan office. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
Job Summary: This position involves routine communication with clients, ensuring accurate documentation in a digital file management platform (Litify), and drafting legal documents at all stages of litigation. Assigned cases may include those arising from motor vehicle, premises, and/or construction/labor law accidents, false arrests, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and negligence on the part of City, State, and other municipal entities. Individuals should be motivated, meticulous, and organizationally strong.
