Legal Records Manager

Position Overview:
The Records Manager is responsible for overseeing the management, organization, and maintenance of the firm’s physical and digital records. This position ensures that the records department operates efficiently, maintaining a comprehensive records retention policy, and supporting the onboarding of lateral partners by properly processing their client files. The manager will lead a team of four file clerks and work closely with legal, administrative, and IT teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. Additionally, the manager will be tasked with liquidating the firm’s storage facility and developing policies for digitizing and managing records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Records Management and Organization
  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and archiving of all physical and electronic records
  • Ensure proper indexing, cataloging, and retrieval of records

Salary Range:
$100,000 – $120,000
