Michelle Taylor Willis is an award-winning media executive, entrepreneur, author, global speaker, and master strategist whose work centers on leadership, entrepreneurship, empowerment, and building significance. She is the Founder and CEO of Gagnant Media and Publisher of SoFu Lifestyle Magazine, an award-winning publication that has been named “Publication of the Year” three times.

A dynamic communicator and connector, Michelle has spoken, moderated, and served as a panelist for organizations including the National Urban League, National Bar Association, Blacks in Tech, Multiple Sclerosis Association of America, United Way, and numerous colleges and universities. She is also the host of According to Michelle and has built a respected presence across television, radio, and digital media.

Michelle is the author of Raising Significance: A Guide to Well-Rounded, Independent, and Confident Kids, which was featured on the Tamron Hall Show. Her leadership and community impact have earned her recognition among Atlanta’s “Top 25 Most Powerful Women” and “Top 25 Most Extraordinary Atlantans,” along with multiple state and local honors.

A graduate of the University of Florida, Michelle challenges audiences to think beyond traditional measures of success and instead pursue purpose, influence, impact, and a legacy of significance.
