The New York City Chapter of Legal Administrators (ALANYC) has been empowering legal professionals since 1977. Our mission is to provide high-quality professional development and foster collaborative connections between members and business partners — all in support of leading the business of law.

Full Membership

Open to anyone with an interest in legal administration and the management of legal organizations.

Secondary

Open to current members of another Association chapter. Proof of primary chapter membership is required.

Retired

Available to members who have retired from providing administration support in the business of law.

Hardship

Available to current members who are unemployed, temporarily disabled, or on unpaid parental leave at renewal. Receive full benefits for one year.

Open to students enrolled in a degree program interested in a career in the business of law. Proof of enrollment is required.
