Jonathan Friedman

Members are invited to join a lively and knowledge-packed session to learn about the current job market and trends in the legal field which include positions for Legal Administrative Assistants, Paralegals and Office Managers in the New York area and beyond.  The discussion will explore “What Hot Job Market?” means for candidates and employers by discussing the speed of hiring and what employers are doing to secure top talent.  Furthermore, we will dig into what candidates are now expecting in compensation, the reason compensation has grown so rapidly in the past 12 months, and the candidate’s desire to “work from home,” in order to have a work/life balance.  These topics will all come together to uncover how firms are embracing and should embrace the new hiring models.
