Now that we have experienced, first-hand, the sudden shift to full remote workforces, we need to shift to the “new norm” of managing our secretarial teams (among others) to keep them engaged, productive, efficient and effective.  Join us for this lunchtime IDEA EXCHANGE that will be highly participatory; discussing what is working and what is not, and what obstacles we need to overcome now and moving forward.

Michelle Doran, Regional Director at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, will moderate this session where we’ll hear from our resilient members how they are handing this sudden shift to a remote workforce and how they “Carry On” into our new norm.  We will hear the creative ideas, practical tips and leadership ideas from our participants’ personal experiences and pull concepts from our forum discussions to share how we are moving from crisis to business as usual, in the remote environment.  You will be sure to learn great motivation and engagement suggestions, tracking and analysis of work flow and remote workforce management best practices.
