Body focuses on the development of programming that will enhance the physical, psychological and nutritional well-being of our members. Examples of programs include exercise, nutritional learning, mental health & wellness awareness and motivational speaking.
fitALANYC – (Find Inner Tranquility) Program
A program that encompasses the physical, psychological and nutritional well-being of our members. It offers Yoga, Rowing, Nutrition workshops, Dancing, Mental Health, CPR, Wellness and Motivational Speaking.
ALANYC invites its members to participate in these programs that have been instituted for their benefit. Classes are led by instructors who are certified in their respective fields, some of whom are members of the chapter.
